Hey guys, what’s up?\u00a0I think the phrase “I’m sorry” will become frequent here in my website. The problem is that I really don’t have free time these days. Every week we receive a lot of new assignments to do, and that’s killing me! – Seriously, I’m sick now. Week of flu. LOL – Anyway, to update the site, I decide to post something that I read in VFS In Focus Magazine<\/em>. So, this way I don’t take so much time to post, ok?\u00a0But I promise that I will write more things related with the classes soon.<\/p>\n

VFS In Focus Magazine<\/strong>, is a\u00a0bimonthly round-up of news from around VFS. With the magazine, VFS tell us what’s new, drops in on students, and profiles working grads as they share their hard-earned experience and wisdom. For those who are interested, you can download it in VFS Website (click here<\/a>, geek!). For students, we can grab the magazine directly in our campus.<\/p>\n

In Focus Note:<\/strong>
\n“In November 2011, we distributed an online survey to VFS Game Design graduates, the majority of whom live and work in North America. It posed questions relating to job titles, levels of professional experience, current and expected earnings, and job satisfaction.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I’ve decided to post about it here, because in the last edition of In Focus #18<\/em>, they presented some insights on the Game Design Industry and the future of games. In addition, it also includes an awesome Game Design<\/strong>\u00a0Graduate Survey<\/strong> with a lot of statistics and a infographic related to the gaming market, and some interviews with graduated students of Game Design, Classical Animation<\/em> and Sound Design for Visual Media<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Ea\u00ed pessoal, tudo bem? Eu acho que a frase “Me desculpe” vai se tornar frequente aqui no meu website. O problema \u00e9\u00a0que eu estou realmente sem tempo por esses dias. Toda semana n\u00f3s recebemos um monte de novos assignments para fazer e isso esta me matando – S\u00e9rio, eu estou doente agora. Semana da gripe. LOL – Enfim, para atualizar o site eu decidi postar uma coisa que eu li na Revista In Focus da VFS<\/em>. Assim eu n\u00e3o levo muito tempo para postar algo aqui. Mas eu prometo que em breve eu irei escrever mais coisas relacionadas as aulas.<\/p>\n

A Revista In Focus<\/strong> da VFS \u00e9\u00a0uma revista bimensal com noticias e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0referentes ao mercado e a escola. Com a revista, a VFS nos conta quais s\u00e3o as novidades, o que os alunos andam fazendo e sobre as conquistas que os antigos alunos tiveram nos meios de trabalho. Para aqueles que est\u00e3o interessados, voc\u00eas podem fazer o download da revista no Website da VFS (clique aqui<\/a>, geek!). Para os estudantes, n\u00f3s podemos pegar a revista diretamente no nosso campus.<\/p>\n

Nota da revista:<\/strong>\n“Em Novembro de 2011 n\u00f3s distribu\u00edmos uma pesquisa online para os alunos de Game Design j\u00e1 graduados na VFS, a grande maioria dos que moram e trabalham na Am\u00e9rica do Norte. Foram quest\u00f5es referentes aos t\u00edtulos de trabalho, experi\u00eancia profissional, sal\u00e1rio atual e esperado, e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Eu decidi postar sobre isso aqui, porque na \u00faltima edi\u00e7\u00e3o da In Focus #18<\/em>, eles apresentaram alguns insights da ind\u00fastria de Game Design e do futuro dos games. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m inclui a incr\u00edvel pesquisa com os alunos graduados em Game Design, com um monte de estat\u00edsticas e um gr\u00e1fico informativo relacionado ao mercado de games, al\u00e9m de algumas entrevistas com os antigos alunos de Game Design, Anima\u00e7\u00e3o Cl\u00e1ssica e Sound Design<\/em>.<\/p>\n
